Join Global Affairs alums as they return to campus for the Second Annual Global Career Fair. The fair is an opportunity to connect with alums as they share their experience as a GLOA student, how the GLOA program impacted their lives, and why it’s important in earning a degree with a global mindset. Khadija Mosaad (MA, ’15) recalls her time as a students and shares she was fortunate to work as a Student Wage Worker and pursue an internship abroad while pursuing the Global Affairs MA. These experiences impacted both her career and educational goals as she is currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education at Mason. When asked about her advice to students, Ms. Mosaad states “take advantage of your opportunities, activities, and study abroad opportunities offered by the GLOA program”.
As a Mason and GLOA student, you are encouraged to attend to network with GLOA alumni who are working in both the public and private sector. Learn from previous students how they successfully completed the program, why the Global Affairs degree matters in today’s global market, and connect with individuals who have found success after GLOA. Make the most of your global mindset and skill-set by attending the Career Fair.
