Examines nature and historical development of environmental policy in the United States, including consideration of social, political, economic and environmental factors, and ways it is expressed and implemented. Also considers sustainability and emerging issues. May not be repeated for credit.
Specialized Designation: Green Leaf Focused Course
Recommended Prerequisite: 8 graduate credits including graduate course in policy process and course in ecology; or permission of instructor.
Registration Restrictions:

Enrollment limited to students with a class of Advanced to Candidacy, Graduate, Junior Plus, Non-Degree or Senior Plus.

Enrollment is limited to Graduate, Non-Degree or Undergraduate level students.

Students in a Non-Degree Undergraduate degree may not enroll.
