    <full-text>&lt;p&gt;The current global economic crisis has not subsided.&amp;nbsp; We know a good deal about how it has affected the United States and Western Europe.&amp;nbsp; But how has it affected economic development (or reform processes) elsewhere, if at all?&amp;nbsp; This comparative panel addresses the state of economic development and change in the Middle East, Africa, and China, in the context of the ongoing global economic crisis.&amp;nbsp; Join us!&lt;/p&gt;
