Lance Ingram, 2015

Lance Ingram

Coming from a military family, Lance instinctively chose a career path in international affairs. After receiving his bachelor's degree in International Studies, Lance obtained an internship with the World Affairs Council of Greater Hampton Roads and another with the U.S. Department of State Mission to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (O.E.C.D) in Paris, France.

These internships were instrumental in shaping Lance’s decision to pursue his graduate degree in Global Affairs. With a specialization in Conflict and Security, and coupled with a strong interest in international development, Lance is keenly focused on studying and exploring ways to increase economic development and human security at a grassroots level.
Lance aspires to work for an international Non-governmental Organization (NGO) providing more stable living conditions for underdeveloped and vulnerable communities. He currently works with FedBid Inc. as a Senior Account Manager supporting the Department of Justice in the area of procurement and acquisition.
