Course Information from the University Catalog

Credits: 3

Studies environmental laws such as the National Environmental Policy Act, and regulatory issues such as the Clean Water and Clean Air Acts. Emphasizes critical evaluation of alternatives to unresolved issues in environmental policies. May not be repeated for credit.
Recommended Prerequisite: Course in Ecology, Environmental Biology, or permission of instructor.
Registration Restrictions:

Enrollment limited to students with a class of Advanced to Candidacy, Graduate, Junior Plus, Non-Degree or Senior Plus.

Enrollment is limited to Graduate, Non-Degree or Undergraduate level students.

Students in a Non-Degree Undergraduate degree may not enroll.
