President Joe Biden will immediately have to confront immigration policy. In his one term, President Trump made more than 400 changes to immigration policy using a combination of executive orders, proclamations, regulatory changes, agency guidance and memos, and more. Biden has promised to reverse many of the Trump policies and push for legislative reforms. However, for years Congress has been unable to pass any new immigration legislation, and it is unclear how the new 117th Congress will address the immigration issues it faces.

This webinar will explore the future of U.S. immigration policy after Inauguration Day 2021. Speakers will look at how the Executive branch, Congress, and the Supreme Court will deal with immigration.
