Three Global Affairs students are named Dean's Challenge Award Recipients

The Global Affairs program is proud to announce that three Global Affairs students have been selected to receive the prestigious Dean’s Challenge Award from the College of Humanities and Social Science’s. The Dean's Challenge was established in 2007 to acknowledge exceptional undergraduate and graduate students who have excelled both in the classroom and in other activities related to their course of study. The undergraduate honorees are Amina Derbi and Nathan Ludwig. The graduate student honoree is Laura Boyette. To be eligible for the award, students must be nominated by the Director of their program, and write a statement addressing their commitment to learning, research, and ways in which they have been identified as a future leader and/or scholar in their academic field or through contributions to their community.

Recipients of this award receive a stipend to help with their educational expenses, funded by generous donations from friends of the college.
