This course prepares students to develop and implement conflict-sensitive and inclusive programming by applying in-depth knowledge of conflict dynamics; understanding the interactions between interventions and the conflict context, ensuring that the interventions minimize potential negative impacts; adjusting programming to changing conflict dynamics; and increasing capacities of communities to adapt to change, become more resilient and reduce the likelihood of relapsing into violence.
