Introduces the concepts and applications of several important topics relating to ecological sustainability. Focuses on the role of soils in maintaining and managing environmental quality. Teaches students how to understand and interpret scientific data presented in various types of literature covering ecological sustainability. Offered by Environmental Science & Policy. Limited to three attempts. Equivalent to BIOL 379.
Specialized Designation: Green Leaf Focused Course, Research/Scholarship Intensive
Recommended Prerequisite: BIOL 308 or permission of instructor.
