How do I qualify for Honors in Global Affairs?

• You must have completed at least 75 credits by May 2012
• You must have a 3.50 GPA overall and 3.50 in the major at the time of application
• Please note, not all applicants who meet the minimum requirements are guaranteed acceptance into honors in the major.

What do I do if I am accepted into the Honors in the major?
Students pursuing honors in Global Affairs must complete two courses: GLOA 491 and GLOA 492 with a minimum GPA of 3.50 in the sequence. This sequence will be taught every year, with GLOA 491 in the Fall and GLOA 492 in the Spring.

How do I apply?
Submit an unofficial transcript and one-page description of your background and research interests to the Global Affairs office, Robinson B441. Applications are due by 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 10, 2012.
