Environmental Policy
A degree in global affairs equips you with a holistic understanding of globalization and how its many dimensions interact with one another. If your interests lie in how the processes of globalization affect and are affected by our natural world, consider minoring in environmental policy. This minor offers coursework in the human and physical elements of environmental concerns. As a global affairs major you will take EVPP 337 (Environmental Policymaking in Developing Countries) as a core course; this can also count as an elective within the environmental policy minor. The global affairs major and an environmental policy minor will equip you with a comprehensive understanding of global environmental issues that will prepare you for careers in a variety of environmentally-focused fields.
