Adjunct Faculty

Myunghwa Cho is an adjunct professor of Global Affairs. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Missouri in 2014. She had public sector working experiences with the United Nations, Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Korea’s National Assembly before starting her Ph.D. in the United States. Her research and teaching interests include globalization, conflict resolution, peace studies, women and peace, civil wars, global governance, comparative political systems, and international conflicts. 

In the past, she has taught comparative politics, international conflicts, civil wars, and globalization. At Mason, she is teaching in both the BA and MA programs in Global Affairs.
